OVERVIEW
Our love of great wine is only equalled by our love of travel. No better fit, therefore, than a recently acquired Domaine in the South of France to make us salivate, and get our creative gears going. The property, owned by a single family for the past 4 (!) generations, is a fixture of the Luberon, a slice of paradise in the heart of Provence. We were tasked by the new owner (great, great grand son of the founder) to create a new, inspired label for the Chateau's 2016 vintage, as well as a series of matching collateral elements, in order to give a true sense of cohesiveness - and uniqueness - to the brand. Taking a resolutely modern approach, we created a soft, impactful, beautifully simple label, encompassing the core values of the Domaine des Aiguilles: being simple, authentic, and celebrate its geographic roots. "Les Aiguilles" - after which the Domaine is named - is a nearby cluster of mountains, and inspired us to create the fresh, original visual identity you can spot on all vintages from 2016 and beyond.
